All sales are final. Because our card and board books are made for young children, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or once a product has been opened or used.
Manufacturing Defects or Damage
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage from shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
